• One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Accurate Information: Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Submitting false details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• Password Security: Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• KYC Verification: For security purposes, BK VIP may request verification of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

After account creation, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Some features may be restricted until verification is complete.

BK VIP supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Cashback: Cashback is typically calculated based on net losses and paid out once per week.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within 7 days of the date it is issued. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or irregular betting patterns will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being suspended.

• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change rapidly. BK VIP reserves the right to void any bets accepted at abnormal odds.
• Technical Error: Bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error will be considered void.
• Multiple Bets: Placing bets on opposing outcomes within the same match is prohibited and may result in bet cancellation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BK VIP platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure, and all funds may be permanently forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false or fake identity.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus offers.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to someone else.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or any automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

BK VIP may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is detected.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• If a security risk is detected or there is reason to believe the account has been compromised.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
